How soon can I bring the baby from India to UK?

Given below is data on the formalities that the UK Consulate require for getting citizenship and passport for your baby.

Documents required:

• A copy of the birth certificate
• A DNA test report
• A copy of the surrogacy agreement
• A copy of the consent forms

Time required for the process: about 6 weeks

Some couples from the UK may be required to undergo what is called the ‘Parental Order’ once they go back to the UK.
