My experience here was awesome. At first I was upset because the shuttle was late picking me up. However, the driver was very apologetic and explained what happened. Once I arrived at the Florence Hospital/Sage Hotel, I was greeted by the staff, doctors, etc. and instantly felt great about what was going to happen with the surgery.
Veronica, my case manager, was extremely helpful and attentive to all of my needs.
Dr. Mario Camelo Ramos!! The great smelling, handsome, well dressed and gifted hands doctor was INCREDIBLE!! I felt no pain, my scars were perfect scars and I feel they will heal perfectly fine and evenly.
I will recommend this facility and doctor to anyone who desire this surgery. I had an awesome time, enjoyed my stay and met some awesome people.
