Question – Do you not need to check the male partner’s semen/blood for HIV/AIDS, etc., before collecting semen?
Answer – We recommend that the male patient get his screening test for HIV done in his own country. However, we will get an HIV-PCR done upon his arrival in India before we inseminate the eggs with his sperm.
