If charting BBT doesn’t help me see a pattern, should I take fast-acting medication called Suprefact. How long should it be taken?

If BBT charting doesn’t show a pattern, the patient is recommended to start an oral contraceptive pill and continue the same for one month. Her stimulation is then started 3-4 days after she stops the medication.

Buserelin/leuprolide injections are given for down regulation. Injections are started only from the last four days of the contraceptive pill.

Taking the oral contraceptive pills helps the doctor get a sure date of your menses to start the stimulation for you.
