Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Convert website inquiries into happy clients.
- Follow up with leads promptly.
- Handle client communication during off-hours (if needed).
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Responsible for booking appointments of our patients with our medical partners.
Desired Skillset:
- 65% or more marks in English in 10th and 12th.
- Min. 1 yr* of experience in sales and customer service (voice).
- Excellent English comm skills.
- Experience with US/UK/Australia clients is preferred.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
- Exposure to CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Experience in the medical field or related is a plus.
*In case your marks are less than 65%, you can be considered with proven 3 years of experience in global BPO.
