How soon can I bring the baby from India to Israel?

Given below is data on the formalities that the Israeli Consulate require for getting citizenship and passport for your baby.

Documents required:

• A copy of the birth certificate
• A DNA test report
• A copy of the surrogacy agreement

Apart from the above, the surrogate is required to visit the Israeli Embassy and certify that she gives away all her rights over the baby. The egg donor, if any, is also required to sign an authorized certificate that states that she gives away all her rights over the baby.

Time required for the process: about 3 weeks
