site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of this agreement as

The contents of the Medical Tourism Corporation website, such as text,
graphics, images, and other information contained ("Content") are for
informational purposes only. The content is not intended to be a substitute
for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the
advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any
question you may have regarding a medical condition.
We facilitate travel and related services for patients visiting for Medical
Treatment. We are not a healthcare providers, medical advisors or medical
referral service. We don not provide advice on medical treatment. MTC does
not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products,
procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the
Site. Information we provide is for you to make your own decision with
consultation with your doctor.
Copyright Restrictions
Users must not reprint or electronically reproduce from the MTC website any
“content” (including text, logos, illustrations, photos, sound, scripts, and
animation) in whole or in part without the prior written permission of MTC
or the third parties authorizing MTC to use the copyrights.
Accuracy of information
We have made reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the
website is accurate at the time of inclusion. However, the information may
be out of date at the time of access by the visitor. The information on this
website could also include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
We are not liable for any error or omission in, or any failure to update the

information are the sole responsibility of the visitor.
The information that we provide you is based on what is supplied to us by
“Third Party” providers like Airlines, Hotels, Travel Services, and Medical
Services providers. We make reasonable effort to keep it updated, however in
rare cases the information might be out of date.
Limitations of Liability
You understand that choosing a medical provider (overseas hospital, clinic,
physician etc) is your own decision. You recognize that any medical advice
or treatment carries risks. Medical Tourism Corporation (MTC) will not be
liable or responsible for any treatment or other services rendered by the
overseas Medical Providers (overseas hospital, clinic, physician etc), or
for any malpractice claims and other claims that may arise directly or
indirectly from any such advice, treatment or other services.
Payment Terms
The initial payment of $150 (after you decide to use our services) can be
made via credit card or check.
The 10% Advance of the procedure cost before you depart for the medical
service overseas has to be paid in cashiers check or personal check. In case
you want to use a credit card to pay it, a 5% surcharge will be levied.
Cancellation & Changes
Many services proved by third party could be non-refundable or have a
cancellation fees associated with it. For example, airline tickets,
hotel bookings, tourist packages, X-Ray digitalizing and travel insurance to
name a few. MTC recommends you familiarize yourself with these conditions
before making any payment. You agree that MTC is not responsible for these
charges.
Medical Tourism Corporation suggests purchasing Cancellation Protection and
Travel Interruption Insurance wherever available.
JURISDICTION
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Medical
Tourism Corporation, or in any way relating to your use of the MTC Site,
resides in the courts of the State of Texas and you further agree and
expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of
the State of Texas in connection with any such dispute including any claim
involving MTC employees or officers.
INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Medical Tourism Company, its
officers, directors, employees, agents, advisors, licensors, and suppliers,
harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, injuries(physical
or psychological), liabilities and settlements including without limitation,
reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result
from, your violation of these Terms of Use. |
