“I personally wanted to say thank you for helping me get the surgery through Oasis of Hope. All the doctors and Richardo (our driver) that met us in San Diego.

They were so helpful. People at the Oasis took us step by step explaining what was the next step after my surgery. I flew into Nashville, Tn. Saturday night, then Sunday morning I was driving to Savannah Georgia. And running ever since.                                

I have lost 70 lbs. I feel so much better. I’m having to re-learn to eat all over again and making better food choices. I’m so thrilled to have gone through this.

The way the doctor said I had an enlarged stomach and fatty liver, this has saved my life. I have a second chance in life again. Please thank the staff at Oasis for being so kind and helpful. And thankful for Ricardo for showing us around TJ. After my surgery and getting us through customs.

It took me 6 years to decide and scolding from my doctor to make this decision. I started at 385 lbs. and now at 315 lbs. And off my diabetics meds. Yeah!!!
